Mala qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and is the founding partner of Bradberrys Solicitors LLP and specialises in Real Estate, Corporate and Banking.

Mala has vast experience in representing clients in a wide range of commercial property and business-related transactions, including portfolio sales and acquisitions, non-contentious landlord and tenant work, secured lending work, all aspects of development (both commercial and residential) work from site acquisition to subsequent disposals, offshore investment acquisitions and sales and share sale and purchase of asset holding privately owned companies.

Mala firmly believes in long-term business relationships and achieving client timelines. She encourages her clients to think of Bradberrys as an adjunct to their business planning and investments.

Mala has special interest in Private Client work including Wills, Trusts and Estate Management and Probate. Mala's clients include property investors, developers, commercial landlords and tenants, and high net worth individuals.

Sharon is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in residential conveyancing, having dedicated over three decades to the field. She joined Bradberrys Solicitors LLP in 2008 as a Trainee Legal Executive and has since risen through the ranks to become a Partner and Head of the Residential Conveyancing Department. Prior to her tenure at Bradberrys, she spent 20 years as a Conveyancing Assistant in various West London firms, refining her skills in property law and client service.

Qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) in 2012 and later as a CILEx Conveyancing Practitioner in 2024, Sharon brings a wealth of expertise in all aspects of residential property transactions. She is meticulous in her approach, ensuring that every transaction is handled with precision, efficiency, and an unwavering commitment to her clients. Her professionalism and attention to detail have earned her a loyal client base, with many returning for her trusted guidance and referring others to her services.

In addition to her role in residential conveyancing, Sharon collaborates closely with Mala in Wills, Probate, and Court of Protection matters, extending her expertise to individuals seeking estate planning and legal support during significant life events.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Sharon enjoys spending quality time with her family and embracing the tranquility of the countryside, reflecting her well-rounded approach to both work and life.

Since qualifying as a Solicitor in March 2022, Rakavi has been making significant strides in the Company Commercial and Litigation departments, earning recognition for her client-focused approach and meticulous legal expertise. She delivers a high standard of service, ensuring that each client receives tailored advice that best aligns with their individual needs.

In her contentious work, she navigates complex disputes, including those involving family members in divorces and contested wills. She has a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach, allowing her to analyse intricate legal matters thoroughly.
